System Kawalan Imigresen Nasional (SKIN)

Entered into a Concession Agreement on 18 July 2017 with the Government of Malaysia via the Ministry of Home Affairs to implement 'Sistem Kawalan Imigresen Nasional' (SKIN).

15-year concession consists of a 3-year development period and a 12-year maintenance service period.

A new border control system which replaces the current Malaysian Immigration System to modernise the national immigration system's core applications and infrastructure, and enhance national border security.

A catalyst for expansion opportunities in service-based platform businesses by developing competencies in emerging technologies such as BDA, IoT, cloud computing and cybersecurity.

Set to attract talents while providing a dynamic environment for students under our Talent business to gain leading-edge industry experience.

University Malaysia of Computer Science & Engineering (UNIMY)

Launched in January 2013, UNIMY offers tertiary education from foundation to post degree studies in computer science, computer engineering and ICT related courses.

Academic Partners



A services-based digital platform to empower higher education stakeholders to enable digital education, develop new generation of entrepreneurs and delivering e-commerce in Malaysian campuses.

Helps higher education institutions to build cloud-based infrastructure, develop mobile-first application and services for students and connecting digital ecosystem partners in enriching the campus experience and beyond.

Will be operationalised before the end of 2017 with the support of Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) together with global IT giants.

Master Licensing Agreement (MLA 3.0) Government Central Contract Procurement for Microsoft Solutions

Prestariang as the appointed Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner (LSP), provides centralised procurement contract which allows all government agencies to purchase Microsoft software licences, products and services to all Government Agencies and Institut Latihan Awam (ILA) in Malaysia.

This is an initiative by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) that is aligned to the strategic ICT thrust of the Government. MOF has awarded an extension of contract under MLA 3.0 until January 2021.

Competency Enhancement Programme (CEP)

Coupled with the unique value proposition under MLA 3.0, endorsed by Microsoft (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd, Prestariang provides competency training, enhancement and refreshers on Microsoft products to all Government Agencies and Institut Latihan Awam (ILA) in Malaysia. This programme is a a continuity from the Role-based Training for Civil Servant (RBTCS) program, an initiative to provide ICT literacy to civil servants in Malaysia.

Job Matching PTPTN

Job Matching PTPTN is a collaborative initiative between PTPTN and Prestariang to directly benefit PTPTN borrowers seeking jobs or greater opportunities to elevate their employment value.

This programme will launch the PTPTN borrowers to the job markets through a ‘Place & Train’ model. The ‘Place & Train’ model will include job matching to industry requirements through talent profiling and a series of soft skills and communications training.

Managing University Software as an Enterprise (MUSE)

Managing University Software as An Enterprise (MUSE), a joint initiative with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), which involves distributing and managing Microsoft and Autodesk software licenses to public higher education institutions in Malaysia since 2006.

Distributed over 45,000 and 30,000 Microsoft & Autodesk software licenses, respectively.

Over 4,000 students have been trained in Autodesk as part of our value-added after-sales service.

Program Pentauliahan Professional (3P)

Provides professional ICT Training & Certification to final year students of ICT and ICT related fields in public higher education institutions in Malaysia. Modules have been upgraded to focus on BDA, IT security and coding.

Over 45,000 participants have been trained and certified since 2006.

The program has been extended to include soft skills training, job matching and job placements.

Prestariang Skills Training Institute (PSTI)

Based in Pengerang, Johor Bahru and is accredited by the Department of Skills Development, Ministry of Human Resource (DSD MOHR).

Offers the Malaysian Skills Certification program (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia).

Provides short technical courses.

The first student/trainee intake is expected to commence in Q1 2018.
